How to open a report
Where your report lives depends on when you ordered.
Already bought
Past buyers open reports from their Shopify account. The older report portal can be slow, and it is sometimes down.
New orders
You don't need a login on this site to buy. After you purchase, your order email includes a private /upload/<token> link to upload your file. That link stops working 30 days after the email. If you don't have the link, email the file instead. We'll email your DNA Story when it's ready. We don't promise a fixed date during this early launch.
