How It Works

Download Your DNA Data

If you have taken the test from 23andMe, MyHeritage or Ancestry, you already have your DNA sequenced. To download it, click below to know how.

23andMe

Sign in to your account on the 23andMe website.
In the top right menu, select Browse Raw Data.
Browse Raw Data > Download.

Read the Disclaimer and Submit your request to Download Raw Data.

You will receive an Email on your registered email address with a folder containing raw data.

MyHeritage

Login to your MyHeritage account.
From the DNA tab go to "Manage DNA Kits". Click on the three dots and choose "Download".
Once you agree to the terms and conditions. Click on "Continue", an email with instructions will be send to your registered email address.

AncestryDNA

Sign in to your account on the AncestryDna website
Visit the Ancestry DNA Setting section (Login required).
Click ”Settings” in the top-right corner.
Scroll down to the bottom “Actions” and enter your password, check the box and click “Confirm”.

You will receive an Email on your registered email address with a folder containing raw data.
